By placement of an order (containing your quote reference) our production team will immediately look to produce your bespoke order. You will not, therefore, have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice and all bespoke product is non-returnable and non-refundable. This will not affect your statuary rights regards to damaged or defective goods.
