Promotion Terms and Conditions

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

“Promotion” or “Gledhill Century Bonus” means the promotional offer described in these Terms and Conditions.

“Promotion Period” means 00:00 on 13 April 2026 to 23:59 on 22 July 2026 inclusive (100 days).

“Company” means the Promoter, Gledhill Building Products Ltd.

“Connect” or “Installer Connect” means the installer loyalty and registration platform operated at www.installerconnect.com.

“Participant” means an eligible installer who takes part in this Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

“New Connect Customer” means a Participant who has not previously registered any product through the Connect platform prior to entering this Promotion.

“Eligible Products” means Gledhill Stainless Platinum and Gledhill StainlessLite Plus hot water cylinders.

“Standard Connect Reward” means the standard points reward issued under the Connect loyalty scheme for a qualifying product registration.

“Century Bonus” means an additional promotional reward equivalent to £10 (31 Connect points) per eligible registration, awarded in addition to the Standard Connect Reward, giving a total promotional value of £20 (62 Connect points) per eligible registration, subject to a maximum of five (5) qualifying registrations per Participant during the Promotion Period.

“New Customer Bonus” means an additional £30 (91 Connect points) reward credited on the first eligible registration by a New Connect Customer, in addition to the Century Bonus.

The Promotion

1. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on 13 April 2026 to 23:59 on 22 July 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. During the Promotion Period, eligible Participants who register an Eligible Product through their Connect account will receive:
   • The Standard Connect Reward, plus
   • The Century Bonus (where applicable), as set out below.
3. The Century Bonus applies to the first five (5) eligible product registrations made by a Participant during the Promotion Period.
4. For clarity, each eligible registration within the first five will receive a total promotional uplift of £20 (62 Connect points), inclusive of the Standard Connect Reward.

Existing Connect Customers

Maximum Century Bonus value per Participant: £100 total

New Connect Customers

1. New Connect Customers will receive an additional New Customer Bonus of £30 (91 Connect points) on their first eligible registration.
2. Their reward structure is as follows:

Maximum total promotional value for New Connect Customers: £110

Eligibility and Qualification Rules

1. To qualify for rewards, Participants must:
   • Be a registered member of Connect, or register before submitting their first claim
   • Purchase and install an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period
   • Register the Eligible Product via www.installerconnect.com during the Promotion Period
2. Only registrations that are successfully validated will qualify for rewards.
3. Registrations will be validated based on chronological submission date and time, subject to verification.
4. The Company may request reasonable evidence including proof of purchase, installation, and product details.
5. The Company aims to validate registrations within 30 days of submission.

Eligible Products

1. Eligible Products are:

• Gledhill Stainless Platinum hot water cylinders
• Gledhill StainlessLite Plus hot water cylinders

1. Products must be purchased, installed, and registered within the Promotion Period.
2. Warranty replacements, replacements outside normal supply chain purchase, or registrations outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

Account Usage

1. Registrations must be submitted through a single Connect account per Participant or business.
2. The use of multiple accounts or any attempt to manipulate rewards may result in disqualification and withdrawal of rewards.

Reward Delivery

1. Rewards will be credited instantly as Connect points to the Participant’s Connect account following successful validation.
2. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives outside the Connect scheme, except where required by law.
3. The Company reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value where necessary.
4. Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with the standard Connect scheme terms and conditions.

General Conditions

1. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. The Company’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to Participants’ statutory rights.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
4. The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion.
5. The Company may disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms and recover any rewards issued in error.
6. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
9. Standard Connect scheme terms and conditions also apply.

Data Protection

1. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion and issuing rewards.
2. Processing will be carried out in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
