Promotion Terms and Conditions

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

“Promotion” or “Gledhill Century Bonus” means the promotional offer described in these Terms and Conditions.

“Promotion Period” means 00:00 on 13 April 2026 to 23:59 on 31 December 2026 inclusive.

“Company” means the Promoter, Gledhill Building Products Ltd.

“Connect” or “Installer Connect” means the installer loyalty and registration platform operated at www.installerconnect.com.

“Participant” means an eligible installer who takes part in this Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

“New Connect Customer” means a Participant who has not previously registered any product through the Connect platform prior to entering this Promotion.

“Eligible Products” means Gledhill Stainless Platinum and Gledhill StainlessLite Plus hot water cylinders.

“Standard Connect Reward” means the standard points reward issued under the Connect loyalty scheme for a qualifying product registration.

“Century Bonus” means an additional promotional reward equivalent to £10 (31 Connect points) per eligible registration, awarded in addition to the Standard Connect Reward, giving a total promotional value of £20 (62 Connect points) per eligible registration, subject to a maximum of five (5) qualifying registrations per Participant during the Promotion Period.

“New Customer Bonus” means an additional £30 (91 Connect points) reward credited on the first eligible registration by a New Connect Customer, in addition to the Century Bonus.

The Promotion

1. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on 13 April 2026 to 23:59 on 31 December 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. During the Promotion Period, eligible Participants who register an Eligible Product through their Connect account will receive:
   • The Standard Connect Reward, plus
   • The Century Bonus (where applicable), as set out below.
3. The Century Bonus applies to the first five (5) eligible product registrations made by a Participant during the Promotion Period.
4. For clarity, each eligible registration within the first five will receive a total promotional uplift of £20 (62 Connect points), inclusive of the Standard Connect Reward.

Reward Structure (Summary)

Existing Connect Customers

Maximum Century Bonus value per Participant: £100 total

New Connect Customers

1. New Connect Customers will receive an additional New Customer Bonus of £30 (91 Connect points) on their first eligible registration.
2. Their reward structure is as follows:

Maximum total promotional value for New Connect Customers: £110

Eligibility and Qualification Rules

1. To qualify for rewards, Participants must:
   • Be a registered member of Connect, or register before submitting their first claim
   • Purchase and install an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period
   • Register the Eligible Product via www.installerconnect.com during the Promotion Period
2. Only registrations that are successfully validated will qualify for rewards.
3. Registrations will be validated based on chronological submission date and time, subject to verification.
4. The Company may request reasonable evidence including proof of purchase, installation, and product details.
5. The Company aims to validate registrations within 30 days of submission.

Eligible Products

1. Eligible Products are:

• Gledhill Stainless Platinum hot water cylinders
• Gledhill StainlessLite Plus hot water cylinders

1. Products must be purchased, installed, and registered within the Promotion Period.
2. Warranty replacements, replacements outside normal supply chain purchase, or registrations outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

Account Usage

1. Registrations must be submitted through a single Connect account per Participant or business.
2. The use of multiple accounts or any attempt to manipulate rewards may result in disqualification and withdrawal of rewards.

Reward Delivery

1. Rewards will be credited instantly as Connect points to the Participant’s Connect account following successful validation.
2. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives outside the Connect scheme, except where required by law.
3. The Company reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value where necessary.
4. Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with the standard Connect scheme terms and conditions.

General Conditions

1. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
2. The Company’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to Participants’ statutory rights.
3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
4. The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the Promotion.
5. The Company may disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms and recover any rewards issued in error.
6. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
9. Standard Connect scheme terms and conditions also apply.

Data Protection

1. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion and issuing rewards.
2. Processing will be carried out in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Winter Gear Promo Terms and Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:

“Company” means Gledhill Building Products Ltd.

“Promotion” means the Winter Gear Promo described in these Terms and Conditions.

“Promotion Period” means 00:00 on 1 October 2026 to 23:59 on 31 October 2026 inclusive.

“Participant” means an eligible trade account customer of James Hargreaves Limited who takes part in the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

“Eligible Products” means qualifying Gledhill or Instinct hot water cylinders purchased by an eligible Participant from James Hargreaves Limited during the Promotion Period.

“Rewards” means the promotional items available to eligible Participants under the Promotion, as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

2. THE PROMOTION

2.1 The Promotion will run from 00:00 on 1 October 2026 to 23:59 on 31 October 2026 inclusive.

2.2 The Promotion is open to trade account customers of James Hargreaves Limited only. Contract accounts and Developer accounts are excluded from the Promotion.

2.3 The Promotion is available to eligible Participants purchasing Eligible Products from James Hargreaves Limited in mainland UK only.

2.4 During the Promotion Period, Participants can build a Winter Gear bundle by reaching the following cumulative Eligible Product purchase levels:

2.5 Rewards are cumulative. Each new purchase level includes all Rewards earned at the previous purchase levels.

2.6 A Participant who reaches 10 Eligible Product purchases will qualify for the full Winter Gear bundle, comprising:

• Knee pads or a Flint T-shirt;
• Body warmer;
• Soft shell jacket; and
• Safety boots or work shoes.

2.7 Participants do not receive a separate Reward for each cylinder purchased. Rewards are awarded when the relevant cumulative purchase threshold is reached.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 To qualify for the Promotion, Participants must:

(a) hold an eligible trade account with James Hargreaves Limited;

(b) purchase Eligible Products from James Hargreaves Limited during the Promotion Period, with qualifying purchases invoiced during the Promotion Period; and

(c) meet the relevant cumulative purchase threshold during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Contract accounts and Developer accounts are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Only qualifying purchases of Eligible Products invoiced by James Hargreaves Limited during the Promotion Period will count towards the Promotion.

3.4 Purchases invoiced before 1 October 2026 or after 23:59 on 31 October 2026 will not count towards the Promotion.

3.5 Purchases which have not been paid for in accordance with the applicable James Hargreaves Limited account terms will not qualify for the Promotion.

3.6 Purchases cannot be transferred between Participants or combined across different trade accounts.

3.7 The Company reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of purchase to verify eligibility.

3.8 The Company may reject any claim where it reasonably believes that the eligibility requirements have not been met or where a claim is fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

3.9 Any qualifying purchase which is subsequently cancelled, returned, credited or otherwise reversed will not count towards the Promotion. Where a Reward has already been issued in respect of such a purchase, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the Reward.

4. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

4.1 Eligible Products are qualifying Gledhill and Instinct hot water cylinders.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to specify or amend the range of Eligible Products participating in the Promotion where necessary.

4.3 Only Eligible Products invoiced by James Hargreaves Limited during the Promotion Period will count towards the Promotion.

4.4 Contract and Developer account purchases are excluded.

5. REWARD SELECTION AND AVAILABILITY

5.1 At the one-cylinder level, Participants may choose either knee pads or a Flint T-shirt, subject to availability.

5.2 At the 10-cylinder level, Participants may choose either safety boots or work shoes, subject to availability.

5.3 Participants may be required to provide relevant sizing information for clothing, footwear and other wearable Rewards.

5.4 Reward choices cannot be changed once an order has been submitted for fulfilment, except at the Company’s discretion.

5.5 Rewards are subject to availability and stock levels. The Company will only provide clothing and footwear in sizes available in stock at the time the Reward is fulfilled.

5.6 The Company is under no obligation to source a particular size or provide an alternative size where the Participant’s requested size is unavailable.

5.7 Where a Reward, size, colour, model or specification is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an alternative item of equivalent or greater value.

5.8 Where no suitable alternative is available, the Company is not obliged to source or provide the unavailable Reward.

5.9 The appearance, colour, branding, model or specification of Rewards may vary from those shown in promotional materials.

5.10 No cash alternative will be offered for Rewards.

6. REWARD FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY

6.1 A monthly report will be used to identify eligible accounts and branches that have qualified for Rewards.

6.2 The qualifying customer’s company name and relevant branch details will be provided to the Groupe Atlantic Marketing Department for the purpose of arranging fulfilment and distribution of the Rewards.

6.3 Rewards will then be distributed to the relevant James Hargreaves Limited branch for collection by, or onward delivery to, the qualifying Participant.

6.4 Rewards may take up to 30 working days to be delivered to the relevant James Hargreaves Limited branch following identification and verification of the qualifying Participant.

6.5 Delivery times may vary depending on Reward availability, stock levels, branch location and other circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.

6.6 Rewards may be delivered separately and may not arrive at the same time.

6.7 Rewards are only available for collection or delivery within mainland UK.

6.8 The Company will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7.2 The Company reserves the right to substitute Rewards with alternative items of equivalent or greater value where necessary.

7.3 The Company’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to Participants’ statutory rights.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.5 The Company may disqualify any Participant suspected of fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms and may withdraw any Rewards issued in error.

7.6 The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.7 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7.8 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.9 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8. DATA PROTECTION

8.1 Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and arranging fulfilment and delivery of Rewards.

8.2 Processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
