Neil joined Gledhill in November 2021, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him. Neil has 20 years experience in the Plumbing & Heating sector, more recently as Sales Director for Heatrae Sadia, where he worked for 8 years, and OSO Hotwater where he worked for 2.5 years.
Neil is a highly effective and versatile senior Sales Management professional. He has extensive experience and success in Business Development; notably for world leading product suppliers to the Merchant and Wholesale industry in the UK, giving particular emphasis to the national and independent sector merchant and distribution routes to market.
From this, Neil generated strong Installer, Contractor, specification, new build, contract markets and end user demand pipelines.
Neil’s track record includes effective Direct Sales Territory Management, National Key Account Development, Sales Team Leadership, Change Management, Culture Development, Key Stakeholder Relationships, along with demanding project pipeline development, and sales success.
Neil has established an excellent reputation and network of contacts across all segments identified in the UK. More recently, Neil has focused on improving Brand recognition, sales with one off Installers, and SME companies in the Plumbing & Heating industry, with particular focus on growing over the counter product sales, and generating additional revenue channels.
Neil has an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Qualified (Merit).
