1. General

- By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
- The promoter is Gledhill Building Products, whose registered office is at Gledhill Building Products, Sycamore Estate, Squires Gate, Blackpool, FY4 3RL. (“Promoter”)
- The Competition comprises of a monthly competition (the ‘Install of the Month’ – see clauses 2. i – l)
- The Competition is open to gas safe registered installers based in the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, or any other company within the Groupe Atlantic companies, and their immediate family members, Gledhill Building Products agents or their employees, or any person professionally associated with this Competition (or member of their family or household) are excluded from participating (“Eligible Participant” or “Participant”).
- The Promoter assumes that by entering the Competition (and the Participants warrants that) the Participant is aged 18 or over. Participants entering the Competition as an employee or an organisation have an obligation to (i) inform their employer about the Competition, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Competition.

2. The Entry

- An Eligible Participant will automatically by entered into the Competition if they
- Post a picture of one of the Participant’s Gledhill Building Products installations complying with the requirements of these Terms, in particular clause 2c, and tag the Promoter’s professional channels – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and/or Instagram page (the “picture”); and
- Add #GledhillInstallOfTheMonth to the Picture;

- The Picture must
- Not be older than [three (3) months]; and
- Show a correct and legally compliant installation of a Gledhill Building Products branded cylinder, and
- Show the cylinder in its entirety
- If entering the Competition on Instagram, each Entry must be posted on the Participants Instagram feed in opposed to an Instagram Story
- Only one installation can be uploaded each month. The Participant warrants that the Picture shows their own installation. Pictures of installations by other installers are not accepted.
- It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to make sure that the Picture complies with any data protection legislation, does not show anything else other than the installed cylinder and in particular does not allow any conclusion to be made about the homeowner or the homeowner’s address.
- Any Entry that does not contain the information required pursuant to the Teams will be an invalid Entry and will not be entered into the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicitly or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults. Disqualified entries will not be informed.
- Only one Entry can be made per Eligible Participant; additional Entries made by the same Eligible Participant and Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. Identical Entries made by the same Participant on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram will be deemed to be one single Entry.
- Each eligible Entry must be made by the last Monday on that month at 10am
- By 10am on the last Wednesday of the month, the entries are put forward onto a poll on each Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
- There must be a minimum of at least two (2) entries per month across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and/or Instagram for the Competition to take place.
- Visitors of the Promotor’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram pages may vote for their favourite Picture until 3pm on the following Friday. The winner will then be announced before 5pm
- The Picture with the highest number of votes across the Promoter’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram pages combined is the winner of the relevant week’s Install of the Month Competition (the “Winner of the Month”). In case there is more than one Picture with the highest number of votes, a random draw will decide which one of those Pictures wins.

3. The Prize
- The prize for the Install of the Month will be a Gledhill Goodie bag, consisting of a beanie hat, mug and notepad (“Monthly Prize”).
- The Promoter will identify and notify the Winner of the Month within a period of ten (10) working days from the end of the Competition period. The Winner of the Month gives their consent to be notified by a post on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and / or Instagram respectively and be sent a Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and / or Instagram message from Gledhill Building Products (“Notification”). By entering the Competition, each Participant gives their content to be contacted and social handle to be shared across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
- The Winners of the Month must provide Gledhill Building Products with their email address and thereby give consent to be contacted via email (“Winner Confirmation”).
- If a Winner of the Month fails to claim the Monthly Prize, such Winner of the Month will forfeit the Monthly Price. In this event, the Approved Picture with the next highest number of votes will be chosen as the Monthly Winner.
- The Promoter will arrange for the Weekly Prize to be delivered via email to the Winner of the Month. Please allow up to seven (7) working days from the Winner Confirmation for delivery of the Weekly Prize.
4. Other Important Information
- The Weekly Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all of the Prizes with product (s) of equal or greater value at any time.
- By entering the Competition, the Participant gives consent for their Entry image to be reshared outside of the Competition, without accreditation, for marketing purposes on behalf of Gledhill Building Products
- In all matters relating to the Competition, the decision for the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- At all times throughout the Competition, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Competition at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavors to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Competition will be communicated in the same way as the Competition was communicated.
- The Competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that are run by the Promoter or any company within Groupe Atlantic.
- The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Prize(s) and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Prize(s) will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Prize(s).
- The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.
- The Competition is not affiliated with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and/or Instagram and is in no way connected with, sponsored or otherwise supported, accompanied or monitored by Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and/or Instagram or any subsidiary companies and/or associates. All questions, comments or complaints relating to the Competition should be address to the Promoter and not to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram.
- If a Participant does not wish for their details or Entry to be entered into the Competition or if they opt out, or wish to re-enter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in Clause 2, or by email to enquiries@gledhill.net
- The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Competition and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Competition and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the participants’’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable by UK law. It will not disclose the participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the participants with rights in relation to their personal information. - The Competition will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
