Gledhill Sets The Standard For New Quality Benchmark

Gledhill Water Storage has become one of the first companies within the heating applance industry to achieve the BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Standard for its management systems.

The new standard, which replaces ISO 9002, was awarded following an independent audit of the company’s quality control and monitoring procedures for product design, manufacture and after sales service.

A key element in meeting the standard was Gledhill’s ability to demonstrate the way in which the needs of its customers are taken into consideration for the creation of new products and the development of existing appliances.
