The domestic hot water and heating systems were installed by R.G. Evans of Burnham, Slough and employed push-fit plastic piping for the heating distribution embedded in the floor screed, and copper-piped distribution for hot and cold water services located in the ceiling voids that accommodate service-routing for the apartments.

For the developer SysteMate offers rapid and simple fitting, with all controls and pipe-work mounted on the front face for ease of installation and maintenance, and the option of flexible pipes and push-fit connections reducing second fit times to a few minutes.
