Reynolds has been appointed as Director of Customer Services to coordinate the
activities of Gledhill’s technical queries call unit and its field-based
technical support team to ensure a faster, more effective and reliable customer
response.
Based at Gledhill’s headquarters in Blackpool, John will also be responsible for streamlining Gledhill’s administration procedures in order to increase the speed and quality of service from ground level upwards. Gledhill places client service development and raising customer perception at the heart of its business, and John’s appointment follows the hiring of David Upperton as Key Account Director for the South West in order to enhance its commitment to before, during and after sales care. |

John joins Gledhill with over 10 years experience in customer service and administrative environments, having previously held the position of Head of Customer Service and Quality at Twyford Bathrooms, part of the Sanitec Group. In his new role he hopes to focus on the contrast between the innovative nature of Gledhill’s products and its advantages to clients as a family-owned, friendly business. |
