Gledhill Announces New Appointment For Top-Level Customer Service In The South West

GLEDHILL Water Storage has announced a major addition to its sales team to enhance customer service and drive forward the business as the South West's leading innovator in domestic heating and hot water systems. David Upperton, Key Account Director for the South West
David Upperton has been appointed as Key Account Director for the South West to increase the level of client service and enhance customer relationships in the area.

David is very familiar with South West industry, having previously had responsibility for the area as a Regional Sales Manager for Teuco, an Italian manufacturer of high-end steam cabins, saunas and whirlpools. He also joins Gledhill with over 14 years experience within the kitchen and bathroom industry, from manufacturing to distribution.

The South West is an important market for Gledhill and the company is keen to emphasise its standing in the heating and hot water industry in the region, reinforcing the recognised Gledhill brand and the benefits of its established one-stop-shop solution.

Situated outside Weston-super-Mare, David is in an ideal position to help Gledhill achieve this and will be backed by a team of South West-based engineers, including a new Technical Service Area Manager. Rodney Gillard is based in Bristol and will ensure the region is provided with the quickest, most effective service possible.

In addition, client services at Gledhill have been given a further boost with the appointment of John Reynolds as Director of Customer Services, based at the headquarters in Blackpool.
