	The GulfStream A-Class contains a primary store and SEDBUK A-rated gas-fuelled condensing boiler within a single unit, enabling it to provide mains pressure hot water and responsive central heating for new homes and apartments with up to six bedrooms. There are six models in the range, offering options for open vented or sealed primary systems, able to provide heating and hot water outputs to suit homes with up to six bedrooms and either two bathrooms and a shower or one bathroom and three showers. Each model will provide a hot water output of up to 35 litres per minute, enabling baths to be filled in less than four minutes, with a recovery rate of just six minutes. All the system components are factory fitted, tested and enclosed within an attractive casing and the GulfStream A-Class also comes complete with Gledhill's SWITCH emergency electrical back-up system that provides both heating and hot water in the event of a boiler problem. The condensing boiler incorporates a modulating, low NOx burner that ensures emissions are lower than current EC requirements and the unit has intelligent digital controls to increase overall efficiency and earn the highest possible SAP ratings. GulfStream A-Class models are highly insulated, ensuring low standing losses, have an Ozone Depletion Potential of zero and a Global Warming Potential of one, in compliance with BRE Ecohomes specification. The room sealed, fanned flue condensing boiler offers a broad range of flueing options including long horizontal flueing, which is ideal for apartments; through the ridge or the wall for houses upstairs or in kitchens and utility rooms.
						GulfStream A-Class models also incorporate controllers and software that have redundancy/fault tolerance for component failures; remote and local diagnostic options; modulating pumps for the highest efficiency, lowest running cost and reduced noise and, for the future, there will be models available which will be solar compatible. There is also the option to set temperatures for underfloor heating. All controls and pipe-work are mounted on the front face of the unit for ease of installation and maintenance and the design enables rapid second fixing using copper or approved plastic piping with a variety of optional fixings, such as flexible pipes and push fit connections. All models meet the essential requirements of the European Gas Appliance Directive. GulfStream A-Class complies with the Energy Efficiency Endorsement Scheme promoted by the Energy Saving Trust, Part L Building Regulations and Water Regulations.
