manufacture & outstanding support both on & off-site. Our Golden Key pledge is to assume total responsibility for a new home buyer's satisfaction with respect to heating and hot water. This means single-supplier responsibility for the home builder and the peace of mind that brings. Installers strengthen their own relationships with customers who are already using Gledhill appliances, and benefit from the highest levels of support on site. Installers also benefit from comprehensive training, on-site support and on-going technical back-up from experienced teams in the field and at headquarters in Blackpool. |

our Blackpool headquarters we offer Golden Key Partners a 7 days a week technical
helpline service to ensure products are installed and functioning correctly.
For persistent service problems, we can despatch technicians directly to site. However, should the problem not be related to the Gledhill appliance, then we reserve the right to make a charge in order to cover our costs. |

| We guarantee 'no quibble' replacement parts by sameday despatch if an order is received by our Spares department by 3 pm. Upon return of the defective part to us, we will make a contribution towards the labour costs involved. | ||||||||||||||
