Gledhill, the cylinder specialist, manufactures a wide range of unvented cylinders, which provide powerful, mains-pressure hot water and high flow rates ideal for homes with multiple bathrooms.
The unvented range are all manufactured from the highest grade of stainless steel, providing both strength and durability.
The Stainless Lite Indirect and Stainless Lite Direct provide the ideal solution for standard installations where the cylinder is heated by a combination of a gas boiler and electric immersion, or situations where only electricity is available.
Our unvented range have also been developed with the installer in mind. These developments include a 90 degree elbow on the hot water draw off and a lift up P&T valve, both helping the installer on site and reducing installation or servicing times.
Space saving solutions
Where customers have restricted space available, but want the benefits of an unvented stainless steel cylinder, the Stainless Lite Slimline provides you with the perfect solution. These are available in Direct and Indirect configurations, with additional solar and heat pump options.
The latest addition to the Stainless Lite family is the Horizontal cylinder, the only approved Domestic Horizontal Unvented Cylinder in the market, manufactured in both indirect and indirect solar configurations.
With the ever growing requirement to use alternative energy heat sources, the unvented range of cylinders also includes the Stainless Lite Solar that has been specifically developed for use with solar applications, which incorporates a dedicated high performance solar coil, delivering the maximum amount of heat from the solar circuit to the stored water. Also within the alternative energy range, the Stainless Lite Heat Pump has been designed to utilise the lower temperature input from either a ground source or air source heat pump, with the option of connecting a solar system if required.
